To meet these challenges, Concealed-Fastener Wall Panel System was selected to create a robust, energy-efficient, and modern exterior for this next-generation manufacturing facility.
The sandwich panel system combines a rock wool core with polyurethane edge sealing, forming a continuous thermal barrier that delivers both Class A fire resistance and outstanding insulation performance.
With a significantly lower thermal conductivity than conventional materials, it minimizes annual HVAC energy consumption and maintains a stable indoor environment — critical for precision manufacturing and sensitive testing conditions.
Through advanced panel geometry and airtight joint design, the façade system achieves excellent air and dust tightness, effectively preventing the intrusion of external pollutants.
