The certification was conducted in accordance with T/CECS 10055-2019 “Green Building Material Evaluation – Integrated Wall Panels”, CNCA-CGP-13:2023 “Implementation Rules for Green Building Material Product Grading Certification”, and JYJS/XZ-GMB-23:2024 “Implementation Details for Grading Certification of Green Building Material Products – Integrated Wall Panels”. HEADSTREAM’s metal integrated wall panel series underwent a comprehensive evaluation and was confirmed to meet the highest standards for three-star green building material products.

    Three-Star Green Building Material Certification

The three-star rating represents the highest level of certification for green building materials. It signifies that a product demonstrates exceptional environmental performance, health safety, energy efficiency, and high quality throughout its entire lifecycle—from raw materials and production to application. This makes it a benchmark for green building materials.

With deep expertise in building envelope systems, HEADSTREAM has consistently adhered to green manufacturing and sustainable development principles. Its products have also obtained international certifications including CE (EU), FM (USA), ASTM, and CIDB. As a three-star certified green product, HEADSTREAM’s metal integrated wall panels are an ideal solution for industrial plants, urban renewal projects, public buildings, and energy-efficient building renovations, supporting clients’ pursuit of sustainability.

Embracing the Era: Building a “Digital + Green” Factory

2025 marks the fifth anniversary of China’s dual-carbon goals (carbon peak and carbon neutrality), placing greater strategic importance on energy-saving and carbon-reduction in the construction sector.

HEADSTREAM has proactively embraced sustainable development and digital transformation, establishing a fully digitalized factory system covering the entire production process. By leveraging intelligent algorithms to optimize production scheduling, the company minimizes resource waste and reduces the environmental footprint of its products. Digital lean production ensures consistent green quality and strengthens the foundation for sustainable manufacturing.

Looking ahead, HEADSTREAM will continue to advance green manufacturing, collaborate with industry partners to build a sustainable ecosystem, and actively promote the wide application of green building materials. The company remains committed to delivering safe, energy-efficient, aesthetically appealing, and durable metal envelope solutions, contributing to the sustainable development of the construction industry.
